SHIPPING:

Once we have confirmed that the payment has been processed correctly, we will proceed to manage and deliver the purchased product in accordance with the agreed terms and deadlines.

Below, we detail the shipping costs depending on the delivery area and the amount of the order:

Spain (Peninsula): €6.75 (free for purchases over €19.95). Estimated delivery time: 24-48 business hours.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Order less than €19.95: €10.75

Order between €19.95 and €40: €8.75

Order over €40: Free Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Portugal (Peninsula): €6.75 (free for purchases over €19.95). Estimated delivery time: 48-72 business hours.

Portugal (Islands):

Order less than €19.95: €10.75

Order between €19.95 and €40: €8.75

Order over €40: Free Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days.

If you receive a package in poor condition, we ask that you notify us by email at ventas@protecfarma.com within a period not exceeding 48 hours after delivery.

RETURNS:

The period for returns or exchanges of products purchased at www.protecfarma.com is up to 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Once we have verified all the purchase details, we will take care of organizing the collection of the product you want to return or exchange. The refund will be made for the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are free for purchases made in the Spanish peninsula. In addition, the first product exchange also has free shipping costs. In case of a second exchange of the same product, the buyer must assume the shipping costs of returning it to our warehouse.

It is essential to return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition, without having been used and with its instruction booklet. It should not contain stickers or written text other than the original design. Once we receive the product and verify that it meets these requirements, we will proceed to refund or exchange the product.

We would like to highlight that returns with the product box in poor condition will be subject to a penalty of €6.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
