SHIPPING:

Once we have confirmed that the payment has been processed correctly, we will proceed to manage and deliver the purchased product in accordance with the agreed terms and deadlines.

Below, we detail the shipping costs depending on the delivery area and the amount of the order:

Spain (Peninsula) and Balearic Islands: 6,75€ (free for purchases over 19,95€). Estimated delivery time: 24-48 working hours.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Portugal (Peninsula): 6,75€ (free for purchases over 19,95€). Estimated delivery time: 48-72 working hours.

Rest of Europe: 30,00€ for all shipments.

If you receive a package in poor condition, we ask you to notify us by email to pedidos@protecfarma.com within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURNS:

The deadline for returns or exchanges of products purchased on www.protecfarma.com is up to 15 working days from the date of purchase.

Once we have verified all the details of the purchase, we will arrange the collection of the product you wish to return or exchange. The refund will be made for the cost of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Shipping costs for returns will be charged to the customer. 

It is essential to return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition, unused and with its instruction leaflet. It must not have any stickers or written text other than the original design. Once we receive the product and verify that it meets these requirements, we will proceed to refund or exchange the product.
